Reformer Flow

Our signature 50-minute class. Continuous, music-led sequences that build full-body strength and length with a moving-meditation feel.

Sculpt

Higher tempo, higher heat. Light weights and spring tension stack to fatigue every muscle group. Expect to shake — in the best way.

Intermediate · 45 min

Beginners

A slower, fully-guided intro to the reformer. We cover springs, safety, and the foundational moves so you walk in nervous and leave confident.

New to Pilates · 50 min

Prenatal

Designed with a women's-health physiotherapist for every trimester. Gentle stability, pelvic-floor work, and modifications you can trust.
