Sunrise No.1
$11Eureka lemon, Valencia orange, turmeric root, a knuckle of ginger, cayenne.
Juice pressed from real produce — stems, stalks and all — sourced from one farm we can name, and built by a dietitian who reads the labels so you don't have to.
"I spent nine years in clinical nutrition watching people pay for juice that was mostly sugar and marketing. Citrine is the bottle I wished I could hand them."
I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, not a wellness influencer. Every recipe here is built around fiber-rich whole produce and the parts most juice bars trim into the compost — kale stems, chard stalks, broccoli cores. They're where a lot of the nutrients live, so we press them in. No hidden apple juice to sweeten the numbers, no "proprietary blends." If it's in the bottle, it's on the label.
Each cleanse is six bottles a day, sequenced from lightest to most mineral-dense, with a one-page guide written by Dr. Ellison — no juice-only fear-mongering, just a sensible plan.
